Implementation
The Momentis Implementation Team is made up of a core group of professional Project Managers who are dedicated to their clients. They base their implementation plan on proven project management principles and tools that enable them to effectively manage projects, on time, within budget, from beginning to end. They utilize internal resources to problem-solve and troubleshoot in a timely manner. They act in a proactive fashion to identify risks and opportunities on how to better run your business by incorporating a business process flow that makes sense for each client.

Throughout the entire process, we manage customer concerns through guidance and coaching, and have project status meetings to review any concerns. Acceptance testing is done on the client’s test site whereby we walk through the entire business flow on the system to ensure that the live date is low-risk since we already know what to expect.
