Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is a web-based tool that maximizes overall efficiency by improving development lead times with effective collaboration between internal departments and external partners. This application allows apparel retailers to streamline the entire pre-production process on a global scale from initial design to sample tracking, and manage the progress of the style throughout its entire lifecycle.
Our PLM module has re-usable libraries which include images, colors, raw materials (e.g.: fabrics, trims, hangtags/labels, etc..), cost templates, BOM templates, and trim packages that save time from having to start each style from scratch. All style information is consolidated in a central database that is completely integrated with workflow management, and alerts to monitor progress across departments. Users and managers are notified via their dashboard with new, updated or completed tasks.
Technical specification packages including size & fit and grading can be done for each manufacturing country. Keep track of the samples you’ve created and which customers they were sent to through sample management. Add measurements and revise details after the sample has been fit tested, and replace sketches with photos as they become available.
